All of the colours come from the tube in a beautiful clear pigment. You are right, painting a sky straight from the tube would be BRIGHT! LOL, brush mixing and moving and creating tones is so much fun. Something we can only do with quality paint.Georgiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02384785465804887677noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6374233212081034873.post-22772960336985480172011-07-08T12:02:25.720-04:002011-07-08T12:02:25.720-04:00One comment on skys, you should never use "bl...One comment on skys, you should never use "blue" straight out of the tube for skys. Add some red if you want it warmer, or gambouge if you want cooler, I like to use something close to a turguoise color for my skys when I have a field of wheat. The purplish colors are very nice for mountain scenes. Have fun painting!B4painterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05689454346153089764noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6374233212081034873.post-73227186786921180452011-07-06T04:16:15.239-04:002011-07-06T04:16:15.239-04:00Your sky looks great already Georgia.
